We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Head Brunch Chef / Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team and oversee our brunch service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative brunch dishes, excellent leadership abilities, and a strong background in kitchen management. Responsibilities: Plan and execute creative and delicious brunch menus that appeal to a diverse range of tastes and dietary preferences. Lead and manage the kitchen staff, including training, and performance management. Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to company standards for quality, presentation, and taste. Manage inventory to maintain appropriate levels of ingredients and supplies. Implement and maintain kitchen safety and sanitation standards. Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and seasonal specials. Monitor food costs and labor costs to ensure profitability. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 years of experience working in a professional kitchen, with at least 1 year in a leadership role. Extensive knowledge of brunch cuisine and trends. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Food safety certification is preferred. A passion for food and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
